Working alongside physicians, advanced practice providers, respiratory therapists, and nursing teams, this ICU Registered Nurse role combines hands-on patient care with rapid clinical assessment, complex intervention management, and collaborative care coordination in a fast-paced international medical setting.

• Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive nursing care for critically ill patients, including continuous assessment, monitoring, and intervention across high-acuity clinical situations.Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and critical care treatments while supporting individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.Operate and monitor advanced critical care equipment, including ventilators, cardiac monitors, and infusion devices, to support safe and effective patient management.Document patient care accurately within electronic medical records while maintaining continuity of care and compliance with clinical standards.Support patients and families through education, communication, and advocacy while contributing to a collaborative and patient-centered care environment.QualificationsRequirementsGraduate of an accredited nursing program with an Associate, Bachelor, Master of Science in Nursing, or Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.Current unrestricted Registered Nurse license in a U.S. state, territory, commonwealth, or the District of Columbia.3+ years of ICU or critical care experience, including recent direct patient care experience within the past year.Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
