The RN provides high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing care to patients while coordinating the overall patient experience. They are responsible for integrating patient care based on the nursing process and adhering to safety and infection control standards.
Candidates must have a nursing education recognized by the State of Florida and a valid Florida RN license. Required certifications include AHA BLS, with ACLS and Basic EKG interpretation required for telemetry and higher acuity units.
Up to $15,000 SOB for qualified candidates, paid over 24 months.

The RN provides high quality, safe, cost effective, total nursing are to all patients. The RN assumes responsibility for overall coordination of the patient’s experience and integration of patient care based on the nursing process. The RN directs high quality and patient focused care according to established standards of safety, risk management, QI, Infection Control, with the goal being to discharge the patient with an optimum level of care provided.
