Perform accurate patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions within a 28-bed Medical Surgical Unit. Responsible for maintaining medical records and completing interdisciplinary care plans to ensure high-quality patient safety and comfort.
Requires a current North Carolina or compact state RN license and an associate's degree from an accredited nursing school. BLS certification is required within 30 days, with ACLS and PALS required within six months.
