The RN manages and provides comprehensive nursing care for a group of patients and their families through independent judgment and collaboration. Responsibilities include delegating care activities, monitoring patient progress, and maintaining relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
Candidates must have graduated from a school of nursing and hold a valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan. AHA BLS certification is required, while a BSN is preferred.
