The role involves answering calls and responding to messages to provide symptom management and capacity evaluations for hospice patients. The provider will support the Hospice Care Team on a casual, on-call basis.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program. An AHA approved BLS Certification is required, and employment is contingent upon successful credentialing.
MyMichigan Health is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hospice Care Team! Casual – On Call requirements of Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5 p.m. – 8 a.m. and every other weekend starting Friday at 5 p.m. – Monday at 8 a.m.

Certifications and Licensures
