Salary

Provide quality healthcare services to residents, including assessing somatic conditions and administering medications. Support the Behavioral Health Division through administrative tasks, clinical duties, and the implementation of individual service plans.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Washington State Medical Assistant Certification. Preference is given to candidates with behavioral health experience and at least 6 months of experience in a residential setting.

New hires for this position typically start between $19.86 and $24.82 hourly, depending on factors such as work location, experience, qualifications, skills, competencies, internal equity, and market conditions. While the full pay range is provided to support pay transparency, individual compensation will vary within the range based on these factors.

What you'll do
As a Medical Assistant you are responsible for providing quality health care services to all residents including assessing somatic conditions, delivering medications according to procedure and creating a favorable group climate for the effective treatment of each resident in treatment. This position supports the Behavioral Health Division of Pioneer Human Services by performing administrative and supervisory tasks to support the provision of quality and cost effective medical services to behavioral health clients.
