Provide direct support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, focusing on promoting independence and positive relationship building. Responsibilities include personal care, medication administration, meal preparation, and facilitating community activities.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities or mental health needs, particularly those requiring behavioral support. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 50 lbs are typically required.
