The clinician performs psychosocial evaluations and provides psychotherapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups. They are responsible for developing treatment plans, documenting patient activity, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
A Master's or Doctoral degree in a Behavioral Health field is required, along with a valid independent license (such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT) in Massachusetts. Preference is given to candidates with 2-3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting.
