The Physical Therapist provides direct care and therapy services to patients in their homes under physician direction. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing care plans, and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants and Home Health Aides.
Requires a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and a valid Connecticut license, with a master's or doctorate preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience in acute or sub-acute care and a valid driver's license.

The Physical Therapist is a qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides direct care to patients and provides physical therapy services to patients in the home according State and Federal regulation under the direction of the attending physician.
