Assist ophthalmologists with diagnostic and treatment-oriented procedures, including minor surgeries and sterile preparations. Handle administrative tasks such as patient scheduling and documenting ocular and medical histories.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for experience in an ophthalmology setting or completion of a Medical Assistant program. CPR certification for Health Care Providers is required.
