• Horizon’s emergency and critical care team provides services 24/7 to small animal patients of Ventura and the surrounding counties.
• Our emergency department supports walk- in emergencies as well as referrals from the primary veterinarian community.
• We have a large, fully equipped, multi-unit ICU with a separate room for isolation and a room just for cats.
• Our emergency department team is fortunate to have access to internal medicine services six days a week, for supportive services and consultation.

Qualifications

Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
