Salary
$38 - $47 / HOUR
The RN will provide telephone triage and conduct home visits for patients as needed. Responsibilities include managing intake referrals, administering treatments, and completing accurate patient documentation.
Must be a licensed RN in Minnesota with at least 12 months of experience within the last five years. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current CPR certification are required.
