• Pay: $57-$60/hour Un-Capped incentive plan / bonus $3000 Signing Bonus

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited program with a Registered Dental Hygiene degree. Ability to administer local anesthetic. Active licensure as a Registered Dental Hygienist within the state.

Responsibilities

Collaborate and co-diagnose with the doctor during hygiene exams. Engage in the delivery of direct patient care, and periodontal services within your licensed scope. Strive to deliver a 5-star patient experience, setting a high standard in patient care. Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, emphasizing the importance of oral health. Skilled in capturing dental radiographs, and intra-oral scans. Maintain comprehensive treatment records, including periodontal charting, and your clnical notes. Adhere strictly to infection control standards, including the sterilization of instruments, equipment, and treatment areas.
