Provide direct patient care through mobile home visits in the East Valley, AZ area. Manage a caseload across locations including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, or Queen Creek.
Must be a Physical Therapist Assistant with at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients. Ability to work PRN hours between 6 and 20 hours per week.

6. This is a staff-level position focused on direct patient care.
7. The PTA must have completed at least 2,000 hours of experience working with patients.
