The TCU LPN implements the nursing process and care plans based on the medical needs of patients and residents. They also provide direction and leadership to GNAs and other support staff.
Candidates must be a licensed practical nurse in Maryland with a high school diploma or GED and CPR certification. One year of experience in medical/surgical, subacute, or long-term care is required.
The TCU LPN implements all aspects of the nursing process based upon the medical needs of the patient/resident. He/she assesses and interprets patient/resident information and implements patient/resident care plans. The LPN acts in a supervisory position to provide direction and leadership to GNAs and other support staff.
Must possess a high school diploma or GED One year experience in medical/surgical area along with experience in subacute and/or long term care Must be a licensed practical nurse in the state of Maryland CPR certified
