Provide direct care and support to individuals with mental health challenges, including those with Serious Emotional Disturbance. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, conducting clinical assessments, and managing behavioral crises to ensure patient safety.
A high school diploma is required, while an associate's degree or higher in a related field is preferred. Candidates should have experience in behavioral health settings and a basic understanding of crisis intervention and clinical documentation.
