$90,000 - $110,000 / YEAR
Deliver physical or occupational therapy services to clients in their homes and Assisted Living Facilities. Conduct initial and follow-up assessments, including fall risk evaluations, and promote wellness initiatives at community events.
Must be a licensed PT or OT in Hawaii with at least one year of clinical or home health experience. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.
