The Registered Nurse Staff Nurse is responsible for the organization, coordination, and evaluation of direct nursing care for assigned patients in a dynamic acute care environment. Essential functions include supervising, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care while promoting a safe and patient-focused environment.
Candidates must possess an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and hold a valid state RN license along with current Basic Life Support/CPR certification. A minimum of three years of direct nursing care experience is preferred, along with demonstrated knowledge in critical care facility nursing roles.
$33.54-$50.29 per hour based on experience and qualifications (eligible for shift differentials).

As an RN Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for the organization, coordination, and evaluation of direct nursing care for assigned patients. You will play a key role in promoting a safe, therapeutic, and patient-focused environment while supporting our mission, vision, and values.
Supervise, assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions or side effects Conduct daily patient visits to assess physical and emotional status Perform routine skin assessments and wound documentation Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in the electronic medical record Review and transcribe physician orders as needed Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences Coordinate discharge planning and provide patient/family education Advocate for patients and assist in resolving care-related concerns Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards Participate in quality improvement initiatives and assigned committees Review incident reports and implement acute temporary care plans Support resolution of patient nutritional concerns Complete required continuing education and in-service training
