About the role

Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy to patients via telehealth. Manage treatment plans and maintain clinical documentation within the electronic health record system.

Florida-Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) Part-Time or Full-Time | Telehealth | Flexible Schedule | Competitive Compensation About Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS) Integrated Psych Solutions (IPS) is a fast-growing behavioral healthcare organization headquartered in Augusta, GA, with active outpatient and acute care operations across Florida and the broader Southeast. Founded in 2019, IPS provides mental health services across hospitals, rehabilitation centers, long-term care facilities, and outpatient clinics — including a growing telehealth outpatient practice. We are committed to delivering compassionate, timely, and high-quality care, and we are in an exciting growth stage with multiple expansion opportunities and a clear focus on developing future leaders within the organization.

About the Role

IPS is seeking a Florida-licensed master's-level therapist (LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT) to join our outpatient telehealth practice serving Florida patients. This is a part-time or full-time opportunity with a starting caseload of approximately 10–20 patients per week, depending on your availability and licensure. You will provide individual therapy in a structured outpatient setting with full administrative, scheduling, and billing support — so you can focus on the clinical work. The core qualities we look for include high ethical standards, the ability to operate independently, and a genuine commitment to quality patient care. This is an ideal role for a clinician who wants the autonomy of a private practice with the infrastructure of an established group. Key Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and deliver evidence-based individual therapy via telehealth Develop and manage treatment plans tailored to patient goals (anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment, life transitions, and other behavioral health needs) Document clearly and concisely in the electronic health record Maintain continuity of care and monitor clinical progress over time Collaborate with IPS providers and referral partners to coordinate care Participate in peer consultation as needed

Qualifications

Active Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT (in good standing) Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field 2+ years of outpatient experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfort working independently in a telehealth environment Proficiency with EHR systems and Google Workspace Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care Why Join IPS Competitive Compensation: Performance-driven structure with uncapped earning potential for full-time clinicians. Flexible Schedule: Telehealth role you manage from anywhere in Florida, with part-time or full-time options. Autonomous Work Environment: Clinical independence and the flexibility to shape your caseload. No On-Call Responsibilities: No nights, weekends, or crisis coverage burden. Streamlined Credentialing: Start seeing patients faster with our efficient credentialing team. Personalized Scheduling and Billing Support: A dedicated coordinator and billing team handle the logistics so you can focus on care. Career Advancement Opportunities: Grow into leadership tracks or clinical mentorship roles as IPS expands. Structured Onboarding and Peer Support: Join a collaborative team of therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists.

Florida allied health lab roles stay selective

Florida allied health laboratory roles often see steady demand in hospitals, reference labs, and outpatient settings, especially for candidates with licensure and hands-on experience. This type of role is competitive because employers typically want a relevant bachelor’s degree, a current Florida Medical Technologist License, and at least 2 years of lab experience. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and tailor your application to the specific lab methods and settings in the posting.
