Clinical Documentation Coordinator Full-Time Days MMH

Responsibilities

• The Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Coordinator is responsible for reviewing inpatient medical records, both concurrently and retrospectively, to ensure complete and accurate representation of patient acuity, severity of illness, and risk of mortality.
• This role promotes quality documentation that supports appropriate coding, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance, while maintaining consistent productivity and quality standards.
