Perform state-of-the-art diagnostic ultrasound procedures using independent judgment and initiative. Work within a fast-paced environment to provide technical ultrasonography services without constant supervision.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for graduates of accredited ultrasound programs. Must obtain ARDMS registration and BLS certification within specified timeframes after hire.
Overview Performs ultrasonography procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision. Uses independent judgment ingenuity and initiative to perform state-of-the art diagnostic ultrasound procedures.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Graduate accredited ultrasound program preferred. License, certification and/or registration: Require ARDMS registered within 1 year of hire or 2 years from graduation date, whichever is later. BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
