We are a physician-led specialty practice providing Cardiology, Nephrology, and Pulmonology services across skilled nursing and long-term care facilities. As we continue to expand throughout the state, we are seeking a compassionate and collaborative Part-Time Nephrologist to join our growing team.
This role offers the opportunity to deliver meaningful specialty care to medically complex patients in the post-acute setting while working alongside experienced Nurse Practitioners and interdisciplinary care teams.
