As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you will work with a diverse outpatient population including orthopedic, post-operative, neurological, vestibular, balance, gait, and sports-related conditions.

Your Role: Provide physical therapy treatment interventions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans focused on functional outcomes and patient goals Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions including therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, balance training, gait training, and patient education Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising Physical Therapist Build strong relationships with patients, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members Document patient care accurately and efficiently using Raintree EMR Collaborate with a supportive clinical team while contributing to a positive and engaging clinic culture Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant licensure in the applicable state New graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical skills Commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Why H2 Health?
