The Opportunity Seeking Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center physician assistants and nurse practitioners. Current national certification, DEA, ACLS, BLS, and PALS are required. 1-3 years of Emergency Medicine experience preferred. New grads will be considered. Candidates wanting to work in an academic setting with current residents desired. A 3-month training internship (including didactics) offered to candidates who have newly graduated and/or are new to emergency medicine. Current CA state license is a plus. The Practice Saint Agnes Medical Center – Fresno, California 436-bed facility with a 63-bed Emergency Department. Annual volume of 90,000 with approximately 250 patients per day. TEE in the ED for critical resuscitation. All sub-specialty backup available excluding neurosurgery; Vituity scribe support available. 2024 Best Regional Hospital Award recipient. Established Vituity site since 2013. SAMC supports an ACGME accredited 3-year EM residency program hosting 24 residents.
