The Family Nurse Practitioner provides primary care services focusing on prevention, health promotion, and disease management for underserved populations. Key duties include performing physical assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and developing therapeutic plans for patients of all ages.
Candidates must hold a Master of Science in Nursing and be a certified Family Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in Michigan. A minimum of one year of experience in an ambulatory care setting is required, with bilingual skills in English and Spanish preferred.
