(Cert) nursing asst -Subacute per diem

Responsibilities

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Subacute Per Diem /Day position located at Corona Rehabilitation Hospital in Corona, CA Reporting to the Director, the mental health worker/certified nurse assistant will assist in the promotion, maintenance and restoration of health of patients assigned to his/her care.
• Responsibilities include assisting with ADL's, promoting wellness, health/education and clearly documenting patient activities.
• Responsible for adult and geriatric patient's personal hygiene, ADL's, vital signs, application of ice bags, K-Pads, assist patient with TC and DB and use of incentive spirometer and providing a safe and comfortable environment for their patients.
• They provide emotional support to their patients and document their interventions.

Qualifications

CNA Job Requirements

• Must have current, valid Certified Nurses Assistant certification. Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
