Salary
$32 - $43 / HOUR
Conduct comprehensive mental health and substance abuse assessments for patients while screening for medical and behavioral emergencies. Coordinate with clinical teams and external payers to facilitate admissions and ensure appropriate continuity of care.
Requires a Master's degree in social work or counseling with current state licensure, though independent licensure is highly preferred. Candidates should have strong clinical assessment skills and obtain CPR and CPI certifications within 30 days.
$32.19 - $43.46 per hour
