The Mental Health Case Manager provides culturally sensitive case management and supports clients in developing individualized care plans. They collaborate with care providers and community resources to help clients achieve mental wellbeing and reach their goals.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or human services and one year of experience in social services or healthcare. Candidates must be able to obtain a Registered Agency Affiliated license from the Washington Department of Health within 30 days of hire.

The Mental Health Case Manager (MHCM) plays a vital role in collaborative, client-centered care. As a member of the Behavioral Health team, the MHCM provides culturally sensitive case management to a wide range of clients. This includes supporting clients in developing individualized care plans, seeking appropriate community resources, collaborating with other care providers to assist clients to reach their goals, and assisting clients in finding mental wellbeing. The Mental Health Case Manager functions as a member of the collaborative care team within the framework of established behavioral health guidelines, ICHS’ Principles of Practice and standards approved by the appropriate licensing board in the State of Washington.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work, or other human services degree.
One (1) year experience working in social services or health care required.
Must be able to obtain a Registered Agency Affiliated license through the Washington Department of Health within 30 days upon hire. Ability to travel between ICHS sites as needed. If using personal vehicle to travel, valid Driver's License and Proof of Insurance is required.
