The Mental Health Technician ensures a safe, therapeutic environment by providing routine psychiatric patient care and documenting behavioral changes. They assist with patient groups and activities while utilizing crisis intervention techniques for diverse populations.

  • The Mental Health Technician is a vital part of Windsor Laurelwood Center for Behavioral Health’s treatment team.
  • This is a full time position with an opportunity to work on the day, evening, or overnight shift.
  • Our full time positions require employees to work every other weekend and there is a competitive shift differential for the evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

Requirements
