The LPN is responsible for administering medications, managing resident care plans, and coordinating daily services with nursing staff. They provide leadership to personnel and ensure all care is delivered according to resident wishes and facility policies.
Candidates must hold a nursing degree from an accredited institution and a current, unencumbered LPN license for the state. Active CPR/BLS certification and proficiency in English and Electronic Medical Records are also required.
