Provide skilled in-home physical therapy to Medicare Part B patients to improve mobility, strength, and independence. Responsibilities include creating personalized treatment plans and educating patients and caregivers on safety and exercises.
Candidates must hold an active Physical Therapy license and pass a Level 2 background screening. Experience in home health or outpatient therapy and knowledge of Medicare Part B regulations are preferred.
