Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass background checks are required.

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) helps individuals with developmental disabilities grow in independence, confidence, and connection. This role focuses on supporting people in their homes and communities, helping them pursue personal goals, build life skills, and enjoy everyday experiences that make life rich and meaningful.
What You’ll Do · Help people build independence through everyday life skills such as cooking, shopping, budgeting, cleaning, and personal routines.
· Encourage people to explore interests, hobbies, and goals that bring them joy and purpose.
· Support community involvement through outings, appointments, events, volunteering, recreation, and social activities.
· Build positive, respectful relationships that help people feel safe, valued, and understood.
· Encourage choice and self-advocacy so each person has a strong voice in how they live their life.
· Work as part of a team to follow support plans and help each individual make progress toward personal goals.
· Provide day-to-day support that promotes health, safety, dignity, and comfort.
· Complete clear and timely documentation to keep the team informed and services running smoothly.
