The Psychologist conducts clinical interviews and psychological testing to diagnose and treat clients through psychotherapy and psychoeducation. Additionally, they provide clinical supervision for students and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
Candidates must hold a current Psychologist license in Idaho and be eligible for hire in the United States. The role requires a doctoral-level background and the ability to provide 25 or more hours of direct service per week.
– Psychologist Ensures that clients have a chance to be heard. Instills hope, and partners with clients/caregivers to find solutions. Capable of making accurate mental health diagnoses using DSM-5. Develops treatment plans in collaboration with clients, caregivers, and other health care team members with a focus on client goals, strengths, and barriers. Works effectively as a team with other health care providers and make referrals for appropriate services (e.g., medication management, case management). Provides psychotherapy for individuals, families, and groups with a range of presenting problems, ages, and client backgrounds. Conducts Psychological and Neuropsychological Testing and prepares integrated reports. Adheres to ethical standards of the American Psychological Association. Documents services and correspondence in an accurate and timely manner. Provides clinical supervision for students at various stages of training, including through the Idaho Psychology Internship Consortium (approved for APA site visit in 2021).

Current licensure as a Psychologist in Idaho. Eligible for hire in the United States. Able to successfully pass DHW background check. Has passion for behavioral healthcare.
