$115,900 - $162,200 / YEAR
Provide high-quality care to adult neurosurgery patients within general and progressive care units. Collaborate with faculty, surgeons, and nursing staff to manage patient care and handle discharge planning.
Requires a Master's or Doctorate for Nurse Practitioners or a Bachelor's/Master's for Physician Assistants from an accredited program. Must hold active state licensure, board certification in the clinical area of practice, and a DEA license.
3 weekend rotation required. Growth to day/night rotation may be required in the future. Hours may vary based on operational need.
As an Advanced Practice Provider, you'll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients.
Education: Minimum –
Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications: Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
Active DEA license or ability to apply for such license prior to or upon hire.
*Active license or eligibility to obtain active licensure in state of practice. This may include licensing in Wisconsin and other state(s) of practice.
