The RN evaluates patients and creates comprehensive care plans while coordinating communication between patients, families, and the care team. They serve as the primary driver of the care team to ensure high-quality hospice and palliative care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current state RN license and at least 2 years of clinical nursing experience. Physical ability to lift 80-100 lbs and reliable transportation are required.

Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
