The Licensed Vocational Nurse's duties involve essential patient care tasks such as medication passing and administration, along with careful observation of patients throughout their shifts. Nurses are also responsible for maintaining daily documentation and collaborating with the clinical and rehabilitation teams to ensure proper care and treatment.
The facility is seeking motivated, kind, and hardworking LVNs, welcoming both experienced nurses and new graduates. Orientation and training are provided regardless of prior experience level.
Indian Canyon Post Acute Care Center is looking for motivated, kind, and hardworking LVN's! ICPACC is a 99-bed skilled nursing facility located in Yucca Valley. We are interested in experienced nurses but also welcome new graduate LVN's! Orientation and training is provided even if you are experienced!
As an LVN, your job duties include, but are not limited to, medication passing and administration, observation of patients, daily documentation, and working with the clinical and rehab team to provide proper care and treatment! ICPACC works 12-hour shifts either from 7am-7:30pm or 7pm-7:30am. We currently have both shifts available!
