The Care Assistant provides essential daily support to seniors and people with disabilities, including hygiene care and medication dispensing. They are also responsible for light housekeeping, meal preparation, and providing companionship to improve the client's quality of life.
Candidates should ideally have previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide and must be CPR and first aid certified. Essential qualities include compassion, reliability, and the physical ability to lift heavy objects.
