Provide physical therapy services through mobile home visits to patients in the East Valley, AZ area. Manage a caseload across locations including Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, or Queen Creek.
Candidates must be eligible for Arizona state licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and have at least 1 year of experience. A minimum availability of 6 patient visits per week is required.
We are now hiring a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide home visits in North Phoenix, AZ, including Anthem and Desert Hills. The ideal candidate has some prior experience within the outpatient setting and 1 year of experience.
