Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Nurse Practitioner in Arcata, California.

• Position overview
• Outpatient, panel-based Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients with complex medical and preventative care needs
• Opportunity to practice mission-driven medicine within a collaborative coastal Northern California healthcare organization
• Integrated care environment with strong interdisciplinary support allowing providers to focus on patient-centered care delivery

COMPENSATION • Base Salary

• $148,627.20 – $168,553.60
• $12,400 annual access bonus paid biweekly for meeting 9-patient clinic target
• Up to $44,000 additional annual production bonus potential
• Partnership-eligible providers:
• $25,000 sign-on bonus
• Retention bonus structure available
• Alternative sign-on and retention structure available for non-partnership track providers
• $10,000 relocation reimbursement
• Additional $10,000 relocation assistance available for qualifying parent or in-law relocation support

• Schedule
• Full-time outpatient schedule
• Five 8-hour clinic shifts weekly

• Clinical support model
• 2 Medical Assistants assigned per provider
• 0.7 RN support per provider
• Integrated behavioral health services
• Chiropractic and specialty consult resources
• Telehealth support services

Requirements

• Active California Family Nurse Practitioner license or ability to obtain REQUIRED
• Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner REQUIRED
• Outpatient primary care experience preferred
• Three or more years of outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable managing complex primary care patients within collaborative outpatient environment REQUIRED
• Passion for rural health and underserved patient populations strongly preferred
• Team-oriented and mission-driven mindset REQUIRED
• Spanish language skills are a plus and eligible for differential pay
