Provide essential personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and mobility. Monitor client health status, manage medication reminders, and offer companionship and nutritional support.
Candidates should ideally possess HHA/CNA certification and be certified in CPR and First Aid. A compassionate attitude and strong communication skills are required to follow care plans and work collaboratively.

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Provide support with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Medication Reminders: Provide reminders for medication according to prescribed schedules. Support clients in managing their medication routines. Meal Preparation and Nutrition: Assist with meal planning and preparation, adhering to dietary requirements. Monitor and encourage proper nutrition and hydration. Companionship and Social Interaction: Engage clients in meaningful conversations and companionship. Accompany clients to appointments and social activities. Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in clients' health status to the care team. Document care provided and any notable observations.
HHA/CNA Certification, experience as a caregiver or similar role preferred Certification in CPR and First Aid. Compassionate and empathetic attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively within a team.
