Perform patient histories, physical examinations, and diagnoses while implementing therapeutic treatment regimens. Interpret laboratory results and maintain a professional, patient-centered practice under physician supervision.
Must be a graduate of accredited Nursing and Nurse Practitioner programs with a current North Carolina license. ACLS and PALS or BCLS certifications are required within three months of hire.
Summary of Performance Expectations. Promotes a professional patient-centered practice image while performing history, physical examinations, diagnoses, therapeutic treatment regimens as required, interprets lab results all under the supervision and directions of a practicing physician. Utilizes a team-based approach to all tasks.
Required Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program and accredited Nurse Practitioner Program. Current NC license. ACLS and PALS or BCLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) is required within three months of employment date.
Preferred Family or Specialty Nurse Practitioner Certification.
