Provide age-appropriate nursing care to a diverse patient population across various departments including Cardiac Rehab, Telemetry, and Critical Care. Ensure high-quality healthcare delivery for patients ranging from infants to geriatric adults.
Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with a current NC or Compact State RN license and BCLS certification. Required experience in CCU, Telemetry, or an equivalent clinical setting.
Summary of Performance Expectations
Adult and Geriatric Medical-Surgical Patients – Surgical, Medical, Telemetry, Cardiac Rehab, or Oncology Infant Patients – Level II Nursery Infant through Adult – Birthing Center Infant through Geriatric – Pediatrics, ED, Surgical Suite, Critical Care Adult and Geriatric Psychiatric Patients – Adult Psychiatry and Commitment Psychiatry
Specialty course work in area of practice.
CCU, Telemetry, or equivalent experience required. Given training and on-the-job experience incumbent should be proficient in the basic aspects of the job within three months of employment date.
