Assist senior residents with daily living activities and monitor vital signs. Administer medications following established guidelines and document significant changes in resident conditions.
Must have assisted living experience and a Certified Caregiver Certificate. Med Tech experience is required for the administration of medications.
Assisted Living experience is a MUST. Certified Caregiver Certificate is required Med Tech experience is required This individual will assist senior residents with daily living activities. May be asked to administer medications following established guidelines, policies, procedures, state law, and physician orders the event of nurse absence. If needed, communicate to management, medication refusals and potential medication errors. Take vital signs, including respiration, temperature, blood pressure, and pulse as requested or ordered by a physician. Assist residents with activities of daily living as specified in the resident's service and care plans. Responsible for documenting in resident records any significant changes in resident's condition and reports changes to the AL Director
