• What You'll Do As a Residential RN at The Arc Lexington, you'll play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing healthcare services for people we support.
• You'll complete nursing assessments, provide direct care, and collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure individualized health needs are met.
• You'll also serve as a resource and mentor to LPNs and direct support staff, offering guidance, education, and support to promote safe practices and positive outcomes.
• Most importantly, you'll help people maintain their health, independence, and quality of life while respecting their choices and individuality.

Qualifications
