Requires a degree from an accredited Radiologic Technology or MRI program and 2-4 years of experience as a registered MRI Technologist. Must hold ARRT or ARMRIT certification and BCLS certification within 30 days of hire.
The MRI Technologist II performs advanced MRI imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and the production of high-quality diagnostic images. This role collaborates with radiologists and departmental leadership to optimize imaging protocols and standards. The MRI Technologist II serves as a key resource for MRI safety, quality assurance, and educational efforts within the department.
