The Registered Dietitian is responsible for planning modified diets, conducting nutritional assessments, and counseling patients and families on dietary principles. Additionally, the role involves educating both patients and staff on nutrition within a psychiatric hospital setting.
Candidates must possess a Master's degree in nutritional studies and Pennsylvania Registered Dietitian Licensure. Preference is given to those with three years of healthcare dietary experience and knowledge of JCAHO standards.
Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university in nutritional studies. State certification/licensure preferred.
