Our busy, patient-focused ENT clinic in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking a skilled and compassionate Audiologist to join our multidisciplinary team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our board-certified otolaryngologists and clinical staff to deliver comprehensive hearing and balance care to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive audiological evaluations, including pure-tone and speech audiometry, tympanometry, OAEs, and ABR testing. Interpret diagnostic results and communicate findings clearly to both patients and physicians. Collaborate with ENT specialists to create individualized treatment plans. Fit, program, and verify hearing aids and assistive listening devices following best practices and evidence-based protocols. Counsel patients and families on hearing health, communication strategies, and device care. Manage follow-up appointments, device troubleshooting, and ongoing patient support. Maintain thorough, compliant clinical documentation and participate in quality improvement initiatives. Qualificationsualifications Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or Master’s degree in Audiology. Current Virginia Audiology License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date). Clinical experience in an ENT or medical practice setting preferred. Proficiency with hearing aid fitting software and diagnostic equipment. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
