The LPN performs nursing duties in the care and treatment of patients under the supervision of an RN or physician. Responsibilities include conducting patient evaluations, contributing to individualized care plans, and monitoring patient outcomes.
Candidates must have graduated from an accredited practical nursing school and hold a current NYS Licensure. A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
Graduation from an accredited school of practical nursing or completion of equivalent study in an approved program in professional nursing.
