The RN is responsible for administering professional nursing care by identifying patient needs through assessment and planning appropriate care. They are accountable for patient outcomes and the delegation of care during their assigned shift.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and hold a current Alabama or multi-state nursing license. BLS certification is required, with ACLS, PALS, or NRP needed for specific critical care areas.
Education: Graduate of Accredited School of NursingLicense, Certification and/or Registration: Current Alabama or Multi-state Nursing License required.BLS for Healthcare Providers must be obtained in the orientation period. ACLS, PALS, or NRP is required for critical care areas based on patient populatiion.
