Salary
$20 - $24 / HOUR
Responsible for administering medications and treatments as delegated by licensed nurses. Provides assistance with activities of daily living (ADL) and maintains accurate documentation of resident status and treatments.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and registration or certification as a nursing assistant. Must have completed a state-approved training program in medication administration with a certificate.

What You Bring (Requirements)
1. A minimum of high school diploma or equivalent is required. 2. Registered or certified as a nursing assistant. 3. Completion of a state approved training program in medication administration with certificate received (QMAP). 4. Minimum of one year experience working with the frail or elderly population required.
Senior Community Care of Colorado PACE (Montrose) provides healthcare and supportive services for individuals age 55 and older, helping them live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes and communities. As a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) provider and the first of its kind in Western Colorado, our interdisciplinary teams deliver personalized, comprehensive care tailored to each participant’s needs.
